Hired her several years ago and all I can say is INCOMPETENT. Do not waste your precious time and resources with her. Did not represent us correctly in court then HUGGED the opposing council.When i asked her why she did not dispute the opposing councils incorrect statement she told me the "judge would investigate that claim" really??? What a joke!

This attorney has represented me for several years handling various legal issues, all with great vigor and success. She is very empathetic, assertive and is a great advocate for all of her clients. I had absolutely no issues with how she handled my matters or billing issues. She is an absolute professional. I have recommended her to family and friends who were also nothing but satisfied with her representation. I would recommend her to anyone who wishes to hire a zealous advocate to represent them

Terrible at communicating, can rarely if ever get a hold of her and the only time you hear from her is when she want's money to bill you for things she never did. Loses important financial documents, unorganized, never prepared, drags things out for the money. Absolutely ridiculous to call herself a lawyer.

Poor excuse of an attorney, she talks about your case to other people without permission Overcharges and does not complete the work she is hired to do. Does send attorney client agreements and doesn't send signed court orders unless requested. Then she sends them via email. Represents herself as your attorney but works with the other side.

Kristina Garza is a scam artist. She doesn't send itemized billing. She makes up charges as she goes along and does not do anything . She is unethical in every aspect. She frequently discusses other people's cases with you. Do NOT use this attorney . She will scam you

She knows nothing about Government programs to help poeple that lost emplotment due to financial crisis.She will add phoney hours to your bill in wich she is not even knowledgeable about.Then use court system that she was a court appointed attorney for to her advantage.
