Makes decisions that are unfounded based on conclusions that are completely incorrect. Will play favorites based on an attorney rather than teh facts of the case and deprive litigants of a good outcome. In medicine sometimes the cure is worse that the malady. Here the process is not worth whatever the outcome is. The means do not justify the end. I am warning others not to intinctively trust the system ar you will be destroyed, as I feel I was.
