This lawyer is very rude and impolite to customers .she will only invite you to her office to discuss other matter not related to file . She is completely disorganized and loses her documents and above all her documents of clients are kept open to public in boxes . There is no confidtialty of clients . When injured her she showed full interest and later would not even reply to my calls or messages for weeks and months . Her secretary was always telling she is in court . No way of reaching her . She swears I. Front clients poor language you can't believe . Her profession as a lawyer does not suite poor language such as bastered , looser , cheap ass etc . She is at the point to be let go by the Barreau . She charges overly for less number of hours worked .

Heard she was the lawyer that could get things done so i hired her knowing my divorce and child support and custody case was easy to settle. Instead she chose to go back and forth over nonsense. 4 years and 21k later still nothing. She forgets a lot of pertinent info, pays no attention. Every time i was with her she spoke way to fast, zips through conversations and is extremely rude. She is disorganized and loses everything. She took important notes during our meetings on scrap paper which consisted of sloppy writing of every few words, circles and stars. Looked more like football plays. I could have represented myself better for free in front of a judge. Now i have to start over because nothing was done and i am still married and my child is now an adult!!! Waste of time and money

I had heard that Katheine was considered a barracuda, so decided to hire her for my fiancee, as well as myself. Worst mistake, she mixed my documents with my fiancee's often, she would ask us for particulars and we would spend hours preparing to give her, for which she would loose or not use,wasting our money doing so. She was in no way empathic, she was constantly confused, forgetting pertanent factors even though she would inform me, they were good factors. Extrmemely sloppy and messy. In the end my fiancee switched lawyers and i came to agreement with my ex-husband, with no help from her. STay away - she will soack you. They say "speed" kills, this women is too fast to pay attention.
