This lawyer will drag things out as long as possible to be able to charge for as long as possible. He tries to frustrate by changing dates. Recommend staying far away from this one.

Overpriced gives convoluted and conflicting legal advice while charging you by the second with no results and then condescending on top of it. Just wasted another 10 K on another useless family lawyer while my daughter suffers in foster care. More of an accountant or spell checker but lacks and real legal strategy while using up your retainer so he can bill you to bill you or pay for internet service that are down, Avoid!

He provides wrong information. Won't return phone calls. Takes forever to get anything done except billing clients.

Clayton guided me through a very difficult divorce. His expertise and organizational skills kept the ball rolling when the opposing party nearly brought the case to a standstill. He was extremely ethical and his sense of integrity let me sleep well at night knowing that he had my best interest in mind. In the end, he was successful in negotiating the final agreement to benefit myself but also remaining fair to my ex husband. Overall I am very satisfied with Mr Millers work. I would highly recommend.

Do not go to these people. They are inexperience, and legal con artists. They will drag your case out as long as possible to soak as much money as they can. They act like they are trying to help, at the same time leaving padded messages to the other lawyer to keep negotiations going. I would not reccomend them to anyone. Do your homework and find a lawyer with a good rep, and one you can trust. I can only imagine the other ratings on here that say good things, are probably themselves or friends giving them good reviews. Don't listen to them!!

Clayton Miller is a terrible lawyer and terrible person. He has no interest in the truth and no desire to protect your children. I think his exact words were, "they're kids, they'll get over it." He interested in taking as much money from you as possible and will give you bad legal advice so that your case will carry on and he will continue to make money off of you. He is unfamiliar with supreme court rules and loves the sound of his own voice. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I would recommend Clayton Miller Law to anyone who can handle the truth, good or bad. You will get honesty and compassion from this duo. If you choose to go ahead with your case, you will know Mr. Miller will do his absolute best, so that regardless of the outcome you maintain some dignity. You're not teamed up with his secretary or voicemail, you get a lawyer so although busy at times when it's your turn he will be focused on you. Mr. Miller checks his ego at the door and doesn't just take cases he knows he can win. I have always felt heard, and received genuine concern from this team, even when I've been a little stressed out, pouty, or high maintenance at times. So if you want a lawyer with great communication, knowledge, and who isn't afraid to push for whats right, and with reasonable prices, he's your guy.

He was to the point and gave good advice. At one point I just wanted to go to court and he recommended that a letter be sent first. The letter was sent. There was no response. We went to court and the judge gave me costs because the letter had been sent. Highly recommended.

He was not prepared for my court cases either, then when it was my turn to receive my money, his office was closed for a week while he prepared for someone else`s case???? Clayton Miller is an amateur, I would recommend you go elsewhere

Clayton Miller is an inexperienced lawyer and has no experience in Supreme Court law. He is "all talk" in his office and no "walk" in the courtroom. He ensured his own fees were looked after, but did not care about seeking justice for me. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone, if you are looking for a good lawyer ... hire his MOTHER.
