Stole my deposit and disappeared. I tracked him down after hiring another attorney but he quotes a statute of limitation. Even I know this is false. Washington requires him to report my deposit as unclaimed cash if he can't find me. He signed an agreement to help with my divorce but stole my money instead. If I ever track him down I will break him to pieces. He messed with me and my family while I was vulnerable and desperate. He keeps moving from one back room to another in the back of a nail salon or coffee shop every 2-3 months I don't see how he is still licensed.

Dresses like a slob and not helpful at all. Puts people in worse situations than they started in! Very rude man!

Please take my advice and find a different attorney! I had my "free consultation" with David Lux because I had recently divorced and was financially ruined and wanted a professional opinion. David Lux claims to be a banruptcy AND divorce attorney who adviced me to move forward. He had very poor knowledge and also said "my complicated situation" was going to require more money after I had already paid him his $1500 "FLAT" fee. He used scare tactics about my situation I was so confused and didn't know how to move forward. I then felt I should have waited because I was so confused. My bankruptcy NEVER happened. He never contacted me again. He never returned my money! His office continues to move. He is a crook! No professional business person would move this frequently unless you are up to no good. My advice, find someone else and be sure to do your research. I assumed if you have your license you were doing things right. Wrong! His license had been suspended back in 2002

Simply the worst bankruptcy lawyer!!! Does not listen...always asking for the same paperwork over and over again!!! Very rude!! Does not show up for scheduled appointments....only works late at night!! He suck!!

Office is totally disorganized. Piles and piles of papers. Continually asking client to provide documents that have already been sent in. They keep losing stuff. This attorney and his paralegal try to be helpful, but are condescending and do not pay attention to anything you try to tell them. I heartily recommend that you stay far away from this attorney to save yourself a headache.
