He showed up in court looking like he just rolled out of bed. Unshaven, and disheveled. He never entered any of the evidence we had to the judge even after we insisted. All he would say is "I rest" over and over again. My fiance who hired him has no criminal record, doesn't drink or use drugs, lost custody of her autistic son to her ex husband who's a twice convicted felon who did 2 stints in prison and more recently had over 20 thousand dollars in toll violations. His wife is also a felon for child neglect. Because of his ineptitude she lost the case and custody of her son. This lawyer needs to be disbarred.

back in the 90's he helped what is now my wife get quickly out of a very abusive marriage. a couple of years later he helped my wife and i process our bankrupcy in a very timely manor. he is very concerned with your problems and helps you make the best decision. don't expect a fancy office or shiney BMW, this is not what joseph is all about. his services are reasonable by todays standards and if you do what is requested he will get you quick results to your legal issues.

Worst lawyer I've ever meet. He doesn't do any research for you, he doesn't return your calls. Had an appointment at his office,he never showed up.He said he would file paperwork for me three times before he actual did it(took a 1 1/2 months). My paperwork was filed incorrectly and not in a timely manner. There is a reason he's so cheap. You get what you pay for.
