This attorney has poor communication as well as lacks credibility. I had scheduled appoint with her at 7:00am (she specified the time) only to be left sitting on a park bench until 8:00 waiting for her office doors to be unlocked. Apparently she feels her time is the only time of value. I receive a ridiculous bill from her for services. I requested an itemized statement (not knowing exactly what she did to earn such a ridiculous amount). I did not receive the statement as requested. However after almost 4 years I finally received an itemized statement along with a nasty threatening letter from her office. Almost 4 years later!!! My advice if you are referred to this attorney I would suggest seeking counsel elsewhere. She is unresponsive and has less than desirable billing practices. Again almost 4 years to receive an itemized statement.

In seven years Ms. Burton has never picked up the phone to speak with me....I know people are busy but when you have some one's case that long at least see how they're doing or are there questions. Oh I have called..... it was ALWAYS someone else I had to speak to.

very impressed with her knowledge of the law, she went all out to cover all bases for me and my divorce.

She padded phone calls and NEVER returned emails, phone calls. She doesn't seem too concerned about her clients desires.
