Mr. Kinnaird is a disruptor. He is aggressive in his prosecution and tenacious. Indeed, he has been characterized in some court cases as "too hostile". You want a fighter, you want someone "hostile" in your defense. Hire Tim Kinnaird.

A poor excuse for a lawyer, disappointment in every way. Unprepared for court hearings. His talks the talk, but never comes through, total disappointment. His past speaks for itself and can be checked out at the law society. Use at your own peril

He is very careless, unprofessional, misleading lawyer. he is just interested in getting money from his clients.He charge you in front as retainer fee, then he never return your calls or respond to your emails.He is very negligent to wards his clients.He give wrong advices to prolong the case and can make more money from clients.

I've always had good experiences with Mr.Kinnaird. I'm self-employed consultant and whenever I have a contract with a new client I have him read it over and he's very thorough in finding flaws and benefits. He has saved me from signing things that were adverse to my objectives and helped me revise the agreements so that they were win-win. He can sometimes be hard to get ahold of, but he gives his undivided attention at the in person appointment.

I agree with earlier negative review. In essence, don't bother with this lawyer unless you want your time wasted. This lawyer does not return calls, emails, or contacts made to admin staff for status of case. I agree, should always contact law society first before contracting with lawyers in general. Wish I had before wasting time with this one.

I saw a lot of lawyers before meeting Mr. Kinnaird with my family law matter. I was impressed by the way he really listened to me and understood my concerns for my children and for my financial security. He acted quickly and aggressively and ensured the well-being of me and my children as we went through a very hostile but fast divorce and settlement. I would recommend him over any other lawyer in the City of Toronto today!

Not the lawyer I would want to have. Does not return calls, seems not interested to answer phones, does not respond to emails. Check with Law Society for background when hiring Any lawyer .

Mr. Kinnaird took over my child application and we were in court within two weeks, got me immediate custody, and child support. SInce trial looks like 2 years away, I think Mr. Kinnaird has already won the case for me!

Committed, pro-active, and available. He fights your case as if trial was tomorrow and is tenacious for the truth. Best bag for the buck if you need to sue, sue, sue.
