J. Kennedy was currently representing my husband and I for a trial date of May. It is currently the middle of March. We just received a court-filed declaration to be removed as counsel from him. Problem is, we had no idea he didn't intend to represent us anymore. News to us. We had recent communication (March 4th), a new bill dated March 10th (with 15 days to pay), and now this declaration (from March 14th). Now, we have a trial in May with no representation and no explanation. Not highly recommended, unless you like to be dropped with absolutely no explanation or indication.
