He was Tenacious, for sure. I think, he was honestly, setting me up. No hard proof. He charged me, to refer me, and his report was frought, with errors. But, it was just my feeling. Cash only too? No electronic transfers? Not for me.

~100% negative experience. He will make sure that the parents are divided after a divorce and the children are pawns. He will make sure his bank account if full and yours is drained. He will also be sure to make sure the hostility is at an all time high in order to drag any negotiating along. He is never prepared and does not seem to understand how to respond to correspondence. IF you are looking to be filled with hatred - he's your man!

This guy can not be trusted to hold a trust fund. He turned over trust money to his client before issues were resolved in order to use the money to pay his own bill. He spent 5 years taking money in a family law case where the settlement was about the same value as legal fees for the family. He continued to set up negotiations often bringing the same issues in triplicate to review and reject as they had already been dealt with. He may be good at criminal law but it is criminal the way he allowed my family law case to carry on. He also created a conflict of interest. He represented me in a criminal matter and also another property matter. Within a short time he accepted a retainer with my spouse for divorce. All the while his client was preparing to extort a family court settlement by claiming I had committed criminal acts on my property.
