Please do not use this attorney for your own good. Two cases and one was he assisted a wife while after taking a husbands case. bad law practice should of been disbarred

Dont waste your time on Dan Archer he is Only out to take your money! We paid in full and basically could never reach him. We then received a letter in the mail stating he wwithdrew from the case because he couldn't reach us! It completely screwed us because this was a child custody matter. Im sure he will post that he has no knowledge ofthis case as he has done with all his bad reviews..but it's the truth. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Mr. Archer represented me in a child support dispute with my ex-husband. My child support stress has been ongoing for over 10 years. Mr. Archer was able to use his vast knowledge of the law and experience to represent me and achieve the best outcome for my specific situation. I contacted Dan Archer to represent me in 2 red light camera tickets, I had asked him about his success with this and he advised he had never lost a case. Of course I hired him, during the course of this 1 case was dismissed prior to a hearing, the 2nd was not. I showed up at the hearing confident that this matter would easily be resolved with him. He did not show up and sent his associate who advised me to just plead guilty but that would result in the same fine regardless so I advised her to run it through a hearing, nothing to lose at this point. Oh course I lost with her representation and am not satisfied. I would have just saved the attorney money and paid the fine if he wasn't confident this would get dismissed. I just want to be clear that I had hired this man that has all these wonderful reviews however I have still never met him and did not get the representation I wanted. Mr. Archer your firm has now lost a case in this matter as well as my business and referrals.

I have used this attorney since 2006 for a variety of cases and have been more than satisfied with the results each time. He has a calm and patient demeanor, he explains the legal process and procedure in "nonlegal" terms so that I can understand what he is saying and what exactly is going on in my case(s). His staff has always been my main point of contact and they have always kept me inform of court dates and other things going on in my case. They always ask for my input and consider my feelings and wishes when negotiating a case for me. I have always felt in the loop, respected and confident in the handling of my cases. Mr. Archer is a zealous advocate, and no matter what the challenge or outcome, he has always fought for me and for my children. Hired this attorney 5 months ago. paid him is retainer... never heard from him again.. called to ask questions, never got a call back. received more info from my soon to be divorced wife and her attorney then Dan and his firm. when i did get in touch with my paralegal, it sounded like i was bothering her with my questions. since i never receieved any itemized statements from the firm, my retainer was apparently drained and i did not know it, and he decided to withdraw from my case. so he got paid thousands of dollars, and then withdrew from my case without contacting me and did not get 1 thing accomplished in my case.... notifying the Florida Bar assosiciation about all the misconstrued/false charges and and unprofessionalism of this firm. i hope this review helps others to contact a different attorney and save yourself a huge headache.

I just had a free consultation with this attorney this morning and he made one phone call and settled my case. Two years and three attorneys later, my case is settled. He wouldn't even accept payment when I offered. I wish there were more attorneys like him.

Mr. Archer got me my kids. I used his former partner before and didn't get treated with respect or get much time with my kids at all. Mr. Archer reviewed the case and went right to task on changing the final judgment to protect my kids. Everyone should have an attorney like Mr. Archer.
