Terrible lawyer! Please save yourself the money! You are better off alone in court. If I can give him 0 stars I would!! We hired Matthew Rose to represent my husband at a family case. We gave him so much evidence that would help our case. come to find out he did not submit any of the evidence given to him!! If he sends you anything through email and tells you to sign please don’t sign! He sucks at communicating with his clients. Submits to the courts finalized documents without asking for his clients approval and that's just his work ethics.. He’s very arrogant, has a false sense of reality, he always thinks that he wins every case even if his clients don’t get what they wanted, and his follow up is HORRIBLE!!

Do NOT hire this guy! I retained him in February 2019 to file a single motion. On April 3 he told me he would complete the motion and file it by the end of the week. He has said the exact same thing every week throughout April and now into May. He is unreliable and has not done anything to earn my $2000. I am sure I won't see a penny of that back either. I would rather not give him any stars but that isn't an option. Now I'm spending more money on a new attorney and my case is still going on.

Paid for loan modification... They said that the bank is not responding... They called but never respond... Then when I received the foreclosure sue he wants more money... My impression is that he was waiting for the foreclosure notice to talk with me and ask for more money... Not recommended...

Paid him to do a Loan Modification no success. Had always to call them to find out the status. According to Bank paperwork were submitted imcomplete. waste of time and money.
