I have worked with Ana Mohammed many times in the past and have always found her to be fair and ask the tough questions that others usually are hesitate to ask. She works hard to get to the root problems and am also very surprised to see the negative reviews on this site. The internet is an easy place to hide and become a keyboard warrior in attempts to tarnish one's good reputation so hope others read between the lines. I have hired her directly to investigate issues and would recommend her to anyone. She provides through reports as well.

Extremely biased and does not use any legal standard of the law for her findings and conclusions. For a person with a legal background to judge only based on her beliefs and opinion is rather disappointing. Luckily, it never holds up in an actual court of law. The harm she caused and continues to cause is pretty evident based on the other reviews. Hire a legitimate lawyer to protect yourself if she is involved in your case and request for her removal immediately!

As others have stated, she is loyal to who pays her. Doesn’t care to fairly investigate and clearly makes up her own story in her head instead of reviewing FACT.

3 yrs,ago AM interposed by Union Pres. as a temp/un-impartial,hostile 'hired gun/ willing dupe'at Triennial Union Conv'tn. 'as temp Dir.HR. Previous D HR was dismissed for 3+yrs,relentless bullying Union Staff. AM broke all Union,BC LRB,BC HRT,Criminal/Civil Laws; and viciously attacked a Union Ex Bd. Mem'br using libellous/false and invented claims of sexual abuse at Convention; AM's Purpose? To give EBM a breakdown and dismissal for President e Cost Union $75K Insurance claim/payout. Then AM installed her unqualified and incompetent protege as D of HR; bequeathing legacy of ongoing corruption and fraud/unfit for purpose(as nullities)Policies and Constn's at the Unions. Re-appeared for Pres. last week as' Respect'Ombuds/P'son; again a 'willing dupe;in a(thwarted) attack on newly elected Union Official;and to complete destruction of his life,reputation/career, A vicious,anti-union,self-seeking, untrustworthy,incompetent;dangerous weaponised 'willing dupe.Do NOT hire. cannot be trusted.

Ana is a very thorough, skilled, and unbiased investigator and mediator. Quite surprised to see some of the ratings on here, but I suspect they are from somebody that found themselves on the wrong side of a fair investigation. One of the very best when it comes to professional integrity and skill, and handling emotionally and politically charged situations.

This lawyer is not recommended particularly for any form of bullying or harassment investigations. The policy and procedures process was not followed and the timelines were not adhered to. There was a bias to both the Union and Union employee who received all information and particulars which was not the case for the other parties involved. Neither natural justice or due process occurred and there were several breeches of confidentiality. It is best to simply listen to what she has to say and keep information brief. There is a dislike for administrators so you will begin with a big disadvantage and she will see your position in and of itself as evidence you bullied someone. I would recommend you do whatever you can to have another person engaged to investigate a complaint. Also fees are extremely high with pages and pages of repeated evidence reviewed.

No.this woman is not capable of fair and rational investigations. She judged everything based on her imaginations and perceptions against the union member employee, so it doesn't matter how many times you tell the truth, she only push you with her fabricated stories.

Would never recommend this individual/lawyer to anyone. If you have a choice stay completely away from her. She is very disorganized and extremely unprofessional, that is if you can ever get her to stop talking about herself. She had a predetermined bias with the union member and it was obvious from the start. Her investigation was filled with countless mistakes; she even shared very confidential information regarding another investigation. So if you are a manager….good luck…you’ll need it.

Very knowledgeable and fair lawyer who gets to the root of the problem. She is very passionate about helping people & know many organizations have benefited from hiring her. I think the negative comments are from people that got themselves in trouble in their workplace & needed someone to blame.

I NEVER recommend this lawyer to anybody. It is true she only protects unions and the government NOT employees. I wish that I had known what kind of human being she was early enough. I don't want anybody to go though what I went with this lawyer. That's why I am writing these comments. Now she is in the BC Human Rights Tribunal. This is ridiculous.

My rating on Ana Mohammed is in fact minus (-) 100 billions, and I totally agree with the other comments about her. My experience with this woman is so nasty that instead of resolving the harassment issues that I went though at work, it only gave me more grief and frustration. I don't understand how a person like her became a "Human Rights" lawyer and work as a "mediator". If you need help to fix your workplace harassment/discrimination issues and want fair judgements, go and find someone else who is ethical, fair and honest and really listens to you and care about your matters.

Be aware of this lawyer. She usually works for unions and is supposed to investigate discrimination and harrasment cases but in fact, she works to protect the unions and the government.
