Mattheu remembers everything you tell him, and he cares about the cases he takes on. If you're fortunate enough for him to take your case, rest assured you couldn't find better representation. Looking back at everything I've done, I wouldn't have changed a thing and have no regrets with everything Matt and I have done for me to have prevailed, and I currently have custody of my 4 year old son with Matt's help, when I was dealing with a very adversarial ex wife. I have recommended a close friend of mine to him, and would do the same for anyone out there. His big victories in the media/news aren't just about the changes he's brought to the entire state of NJ, but behind that, he personally cared about my case, and I never felt otherwise. He was even praised by the Judge (on the record) on what excellent and professional papers he has submitted for my case. He had my back during one of the most rough times in my life, and I would re-use him any day I would need him.

Going through a divorce is a difficult and trying time in anyone's life. Working with Matheu Nunn took much of the worry and head aches out of the matter. Watched him cross-examine a custody expert.....about 30 minutes into it, the expert realized that he was in trouble. Three hours later and after Nunn started pulling custody books and folders out of his briefcase, the expert all but said "no mas". It was almost like watching a TV show lawyer.

Mat represented me during my divorce and I could not be more pleased. It was the most difficult time and he always had my and my children's best interests in mind. I interviewed another attorney before choosing Mat and I never second guessed my decision. He walked me through every step of the way. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!!

Matheu's professionalism with handling my divorce was what everyone hopes to obtain when retaining an attorney. I hired Mark Wechsler and Matheu D. Nunn to represent my case in a highly contentious divorce. Mr.Nunn was extremely knowledgeable regarding NJ state divorce laws and how it pertained to my case. Mr. Wechsler and Mr. Nunn did an amazing job for me and I would highly recommend Mr. Nunn !

Unethical and improper. The use or attempt of use that he was an assistant prosecutor and now a municipal prosecutor is a favorite of his. Listen to only portions of what is told to him then suggested things that were not approved or spoken about with is client. He thins he is too big for his britches ! I would not recommend this poor attorney. I could have done better or same just going in and speaking with the judge myself.

Mat represented me in a divorce from my husband. He and Mark Wechsler were on top of everything and I could not have been happier (except for the bill!!! half kidding) It is what it is though, you get what you pay for...they are topnotch

Mat represented me in a criminal case. I couldn't be any happier with him or the result. I went from what I thought was a very serious penalty including maybe some jail to a minimum penalty. Recommend.

Along with Brian Digiacomo, Meg Rodriguez and Kelly Lavery, Mattheu is one of the best attorneys at the Morris Prosecutor's Office. He actually cares about the victims of crimes and how cases impact the families. He also has impressive credentials. I hope that if you have to deal with the prosecutors office you end up with him.

Saw him deliver opening in a attempted murder case. Case was probably over at that point. Although, not sure how hard it was--the defendant left the place, grabbed a knife, returned and stabbed someone.
