Stay away from Daniel Matern. His inability to communicate, unwillingness to follow through promises and overall unprofessionalism led to the foreclosure and sale of my home. Each time I spoke with him, he tried to sell me more service and never provided the services I paid for. Daniel Matern was in my employ for 8 months at which time he failed to file bankruptcy paperwork on my behalf. 6 days before the auction of my house, he told me that a motion would be filed to stop the auction. The motion was never filed, the house was sold, my family was evicted and then he tried to sell me more services. I couldn't even get a refund, and although I was told by no fewer than 7 attorneys that I had a strong case for legal malpractice, but none would accept the case. Stay away from Daniel Matern

I'VE ONLY MET HIM ONCE,AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW.ON THE OTHER HAND I WISH WE HAD A BETTER LINE OF COMMUNICATION OPEN.I WOULD TRULY REFER HIM AS A GREAT LAWYER AND PERSON.
