Unfriendly and doesn't like being asked questions. Avoids you puts you off. Lost my case file and was clueless as to what was going on with my case. I had to stay on him to get him to file anything at all with the court. Sloppy work and moves slower than a snail. Poor communication. You will have to chase after him to get any answers or results. Should have fired him at the start of my case. Arrogant and rude to his clients who are the ones paying him hefty fees.

Unfriendly. Poor communication. He doesn't seem to listen to your needs. Loses important papers. Slow filings. Always on vacation or busy.

He doesn't do as the client asks him - he puts them off and seems to add more "work" by doing more filings later when then should be done ASAP. In court I asked him to have ready forms for filing and signing in the event that we won and he didnt do it. He doesn't followup or see filings through. General poor communication. You may end up paying for emails that are generally "I'll get back to you emails" and not always the answers to all your questions if you get any answers at all. During Trial, I asked about certain things that should have been brought up in court but when he ignored them it created more problems down the road for me! His response in court would be "I'll take care of it with a special filing" that would never happen. Asked him questions regarding my case, he didn't seem too knowledgable in the areas of Military, Veterans, and Disability law. If you are a disabled veteran or a spouse of one going through divorce, you may want to steer clear of him.
