I don't know what I should add first and what is worse, the fact that he is making up some conspiracy theories of how he has a lot of information and he has a lot of connections? First thing, when you meet this lawyer is that you get an image of a real professional. Not true! Not true at all! We have had with lawyers similar to Tim! We were clients to Tim about a certain sensitive to us case! Me and my wife spent fortune on this guy and other researches about the case, which he claimed that are of a critical need and only for what? We lost the case! And we were guaranteed about his expertise in real estate. Never again! The worst part is that, "the judge" disclaimed the evidence and the researches" - according to Tim. It is bizarre!

Stay away from this guy! He misguided us, overcharged and lied to us! After he took our money, he lied to us for certain sensitive information about the case and lied to the judges also. For things to be more dramatic, after we lost the case, he blamed the judges!He took from us $1700 and we didn't see a penny result from him. What a loser! Before you pick a lawyer, MAKE SURE you check the background!

Tim kept my mother's house from being foreclosed on. She's 86 and can stay in her house now because he stepped in. Use him for all our family's problems now.

Mr. McCullough is not a good lawyer. He misguided me to believe that he has all the evidences and facts to win the court cases. As I realized that was not the case, I decided to settle the case at my loss. I wish I would have not asked for his service. I will never ask his service again.

Terrible, and don’t believe the crazy conspiracy theories as they are outlandish at best. Many Plantiffs withdrew from the latest case as they found out the case is garbage and they would be liable for other side’s fees and costs, not to mention a lawsuit from the other side for damages. If you have an issue, contact a smart lawyer in a real law firm and not this Mickey Mouse outfit.

The worst I have ever seen. He did not tell us about all of the malpractice claims against him or that he just filed bankruptcy. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!

We as well as many others hired Tim to represent us in a real estate fraud case. This was based on a communication letter he sent us saying "You may sue under the Interstate Land Sale Full Disclosure Act, for fraud, negligence, breach of contract and various other laws which protect individuals from being deceived". We (as well as many others) believed in Tim's story and his ability to take on this case and represent us in full force or at least take it to trial as he said he would if necessary. Without going into the disappointing details, Tim's representation of us in this legal matter was EXTREAMLY poor, lacked follow-through and his communication through this process was absolute minimal.
At this point, we were not only scammed by a fraudulent real estate developer, but also by ambulance chaser attorney.
