This guy was an acquaintance of a family member. He did horrible job of lien search on prop I was buying. Two years after I sold the house, I found out that when I bought the house, people had put liens on the house against the people from whom I bought it. But this guy DiCristofaro did not disclose any of this, though my wife and I paid him. He was really haughty and had a miserably unfriendly personality.
