Mr. Penichet is the best Divorce Lawyer around. He is incredibly bright and knowledgable in the area and has been practicing longer than anyone around. Anyone that has had a "poor" experience obviously didn't take his advice. I struggled for a little with this and then began doing exactly what he said and the outcome was unbelievable. I'm so so fortunate for him and all he did for me and my family. I would recommend him to any friend or family member. He's a must hire.

I hired Mr. Penichet for my divorce and he was very knowledgable and professional. I can't speak for others, but I would hire him again without question.

Mr Penichet is a horrible attorney. He's stuck in the 80s with an outdated cell phone, an old car with terrible bluetooth and he doesn't use email to it's full advantage. Just like the many reviews before this one, he is terrible in communicating. He works on his own schedule and his own timeline. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. He shows up late or not at all. Please save yourself and use another attorney. Let this sap retire and leave the profession to true professionals. This many bad reviews is no coincidence. Run and stay away.

cares only about money.. ignore your calls, threatens to drop you a day before trial unless you pay him. than you pay him and he doesn't show up to court sends his secretary... buy that time you already gave him over 20 thousand..

He was so bad I actually thought he was working for the other side. Very attentive and once he receives your money he does not even respond. His fees were off the charts one person writing them another in court that knew nothing, run don't use this con artist.

I had a case with him and he totally screwed it up. He doesn't even show up to court or do any of the legal writing-- he has this not very bright attorney do it-- what a waste. And he fights below the belt, not very ethical.
