Excessive unnecessary expensive and ineffective activities, letters,and phone calls in order to inflate fees. Goal appeared to be to make sure divorce action eventually goes to trial with as many expensive court appearances as possible prior to the trial, despite client's desire for mediation and resolving issues as soon as was appropriate. Rushed to inflate bill with unnecessary actions after outside mediation sought. Mr.Tawil was inconsiderate and unsympathetic to the emotional trauma affecting both adults and a child produced by his attempts to delay resolution of the divorce. action.
