Mr. Levitt failed to provide documents specifically requested by client. Failed to advocate for client; instead attempted to persuade client to accept a "deal" with the other attorney that would have cost nealry $20,000. Client refused and told him what bottom line was. Levitt again tried to persuade client to accept a "deal for much more than stated bottom line. Client had to call and request information several times that should have been sent as a matter of course. When client's husband attempted to speak to Levitt on phone to find out answers to questions, Levitt actually cursed at client's husband, calling him - QUOTE: "You are dumb****." He said this three times, adding also that client's husband didn't "know crap." Client's husband has been a Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice for 23 years. Levitt said, "You aren't a professor of anything. You are a dumb****."
