I wouldn't allow him to represent a dog. He has horrible communication and a extremely RUDE attitude. If I had to identify him in one word it would be ... LAZY!

When we 1st went to him after my daughters accident he said we could probably get 150 thousand for her injuries, why 3 years later is she only walking away with a few thousand, not even enough to buy a good used car. Not to mention he said he would get 10% and took 33%, he actually made more than her and she has facial scars she now has to live with. We provided all paper work, he basically did nothing but screw us over. I wouldn't even recommend him to my worse enemy...

My son hired him to defend him during trial after paid $2500. when court date cames in, lawyer didnt show up, and son ended up in jail for 25 days. next court date. Lawyer showed up and told my son that he wants $1500 more to continue. Son refused to pay more and ends up staying in jail for more time.

I was introduced and referred to this attorney as a criminal attorney and another referral as a divorce attorney. The criminal aspect of skills involved the client as an innocent bystander in the case, and he resolved the case as dismissed in favor of the client. The divorce aspect left the client that referred me, less than happy and only referred him as an experienced attorney with the Bartlett court system. My experience is hiring him as a criminal attorney. Shortly after retaining him, he stated he hasn't seen the evidence because he wasn't assigned to my case on the court docket. Later as I was being harassed by Shelby County serving a bench warrant for arrest, was unfounded due to City of Bartlett's administrative error in entering the actual court date on the officers ticket. Total fee paid and further harassment from Shelby County continually trying to serve bench warrant has not motivated this attorney to resolve the case of paraphernalia possession and speeding.
