IMO Mr. Cunningham succeeded in redefining the term "disinterest". He handled my case for several months, which were filled with missed meetings and calls, unwillingness to return calls, and general apathy towards the case. He routinely ignored discovery requests from the opposing attorney, causing me to look bad in the process. I would only find out about the requests when I would receive a text from my ex-wife asking why I am not providing her attorney with requested documents so we could get the case finished. Following the reaching of a mediated settlement, we were given six weeks to review a draft divorce decree, provide updated asset valuations, etc. During that critical 6-week period, Mr. Cunningham went AWOL on the case. With one week before finalization, I finally had to fire Mr. Cunningham and retain alternate counsel. Had I not done that, I would have walked head first into a freight train on the day we went to Court. Let the buyer beware.
