I hired "Senator" Donald R. Vaughan for a traffic ticket and I paid his office in full. His secretary Dawn Brown and Donald Vaughan told me on 6 different occassions that his fee of 325.00 was a flat rate. I was arrested 3 days before christmas and taken out of my home during a Christmas party because "Senator" Donald Vaughan decided to not show up for my court date. I then received a bill in the mail from Guilford Co. in the amount of 263.00 for court costs and fines. Not one dollar of the 325.00 went towards anything they promised. I basically paid "Senator" Donald Vaughan 325.00 for the embarrasment of going to jail and then 2 weeks later being terminated from my career over the arrest. Ive called his office numerous times w/ out getting anyone on the phone. I am in the process of filing a complaint against him w/ the bar. His secretary Dawn will talk fast interupt you and basically tell you what you need to hear in order to collect your money. Good luck w/ this firm!!!
