Shane is an excellent immigration lawyer. You cannot expect 'to care' for you as he is not a doctor. He does his job with thoroughness and promptly. He doesn't leave stuff for later and yes, he will be 'after' you if you procrastinate. His knowledge and accuracy are highly recommended. He is impeccably efficient and does expect you to work at the same pace he works. If you are serious he is ready to fight for you. He is the best immigration lawyer I know and you won't be disappointed as he clearly states your situation from the very beginning. Having him as a lawyer gives you peace of mind. Make an appointment and find out for yourself.

For him money is the first importance. He dont care about clients time. i don't recommend him to any one.

Not sure what happened to that person but our experience with Shane was the exact opposite. He was always polite and caring and responded to us in a timely way. He is very knowledgeable and legally creative. He took the time to talk to us and guide us through our immigration process. We were extremely happy with his services and have since recommended him to two other friends, who have reported only positive experiences with his firm. Highly recommended

We had to constantly nag him about what papers we needed to submit - often times with us advising him based on what others told us. He went on vacation, didn't tell us, and so we scrambled to submit the paperwork only to have it sit on his desk for a week. I submitted one document to him three times, as he kept losing it. He was rude in his email correspondence, and didn't seem to care about us at all. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Shane Molyneaux is in my opinion the BEST immigration/refugee lawyer in town...he is knowledgable, caring, considerate and forthright. He has a deep understanding of world issues and knowledge of other cultures. He is analytical, organized, dedicated & efficient! You will not be disappointed...from my undestanding he has a very good track record, and wins even the toughest cases.

Don't choose him. Mediocre work quality, will not put any time into you, doesn't really care about you as a person. Does not provide any valuable advice. Can be petulant and condescending. Choose another lawyer.
