I have never run into an attorney more inept and incompetant than Carlo Spadafora. His lack of knowledge of real estate law coupled with several incorrect filings screwed up real estate sales of two properties to such a degree that one of our buyer backed out after waiting to finalize the sale for 6 months. When I got Carlo's bill for 2015 it was twice the amount that I have been quoted by my new attorney. Carlo refused to answer my critique of his bill or reduce it one iota.. Much of what he charged me for was for redoing what he had done incorrectly initially. I finally fired him and am now with another mush more competant firm. Peter Pook 905-849 5808

Mr. Spadafora is a very charming, courteous and intelligent person. He is knowledgeable in many areas of law and business and has a lot experience helping clients. I greatly value his opinion and help. Highly recommended!
