worst lawyer out there. she cares only about herself and not about what the client wants or needs. horrible, horrible person, and an even worse lawyer. she should be disbarred.

I worked with Sherry in the past & I was happy with her. Then I went on a surrogacy contract (no agency), Sherry Levitan (as per my recommendation) became the lawyer of the intended parents. The intended mother became controlling & weird. After one transfer I didn't get pregnant. Out of good will & trust I paid over $1,400 CAD in medication, gas, etc expenses. Which the intended parents were to reimburse me. They gave me a cheque which bounced! When I reached out to Sherry for help in enforcing the contract & her telling her clients that the expenses MUST be covered by them, not only she did not EVER reply to me, she also told someone that her job was to protect the IPs...WOW! & she told them NOT TO reimburse me! I thought her job was to be there to enforce the contract & the law! Not to screw the unemployed single mother, who out of good will lost almost $1,500; which caused me to be in debt. I'll NEVER work with her again & I want to warn surrogates that Sherry Levitan isn't reliable
