This attorney prepared my mothers will. I have been attempting to get a copy of that will for 2 months. For 3 weeks his office would not return my calls. When I got a live person I was told they would E-mail it. When it did not arrive, I was told I needed to present a death certificate. Three weeks after sending the death certificate, still no response. Now I am told they will determin IF and how they will respond soon. Have never talked to the attorney, but his staff is outrageous, arrogant, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I can only conclude they reflect the ethics and professionalism of their boss. I am having to contact other attorneys to simply get a copy of my mother's will from this attorney.
