Nick is an amazing attorney! He is very good at communicating with his clients and being very understanding of the tough situations that people are presented with when going through custody litigation. Nick is highly knowledgeable with family law and will guide you every step of the way. He is also an amazing trial lawyer. Calm, composed, thorough, and above all, he is honest and will always tell you the reality of the situation without sugar coating it. He will never lead you astray and will fight for his clients. I recently had a consultation with attorney Nick Cushing. I must say he is a very knowledgeable, caring, professional. After consulting with another a family law attorney, I was a little nervous about my options in regards to the possibility of a custody battle with my daughter's very absentee father, but attorney Cushing listened attentively, gave me great insight, and made sure all my questions were answered before our meeting ended. If I need to retain legal service in the future I will definitely hire attorney Cushing.

Nick has helped me tremendously in my divorce and custody trial. I now have joint custody of my daughter. My ex-wife has been through 3 different lawyers and he seem to come out on top every time.

Nick has his stuff together. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs good legal help. I credit him for helping me to get custody of my daughter from a not so great role model of a mother.
