My ex wife filed a motion to relocate with our 11 year-old son to Texas. I didn't really have the resources to hire an attorney but I had no choice, fighting the removal was paramount. So I borrowed from family and interviewed several attorneys.
Most attorneys I interviewed were very cold, and didn't offer much hope. The one thing that they were all sure about: this was going to be an expensive case to litigate. Agnes was realistic about my chances but not defeatist. She was understanding about my financial situation and willing to work with me.
Agnes always replied to me in a timely manner, was never dismissive or condescending. She genuinely cared about the outcome of my case. She investigated unique aspects of my case that helped us build a strong argument.
At the end of our year-plus battle, the court denied my ex wife's request. I could never adequately express my gratitude for the job Agnes did for me. I would recommend her services highly to anyone in need of a family lawye

I highly recommend Ms. Rybar for anyone in a divorce matter. She is a fighter for her clients. She returns and emails promptly and has great concern for her clients. She explains everything to her clients so that the they have a full understanding of what is involved. She is professional and courteous and approachable.

Miss Rybar is a very talented attorney who fights extremely hard for her clients but is not afraid to be brutally honest with them when needed. She has helped me and my wife on several occasions. I believe we were her first adoption case. She helped guide us through the process of adopting each other's respective biological children. She could not have made the process any easier. Also, due to issues that do not need to be explained here, I was her first Grandparent Visitation case. She was fair not only to me but looked out for my daughter's best interest as well. Agnes is very detailed in her preparation for a case despite any complexities that are associated with the case. She is also very thorough in her recall of past events and issues. She is very confident in front of other attorneys and judges. She communicates well and always returns any correspondence in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Agnes to anyone who needs help regarding Family Law in NJ.

I met with 2 other attorneys prior to meeting Ms. Rybar. I knew that after talking to her, she was the kind of person I wanted to represent me. She was not judgmental of my situation and respected my decisions. Ms. Rybar worked hard for me, she was fair and always available for all of my concerns. I hired Agnes Rybar for both my divorce and the sale of our marital home post-divorce. I have nothing but great things to say about her work. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind. It never felt as if I was talking to my lawyer, she always made each interaction feel more personal. She and her assistant are incredibly prompt, and I felt that my questions were always answered in a very quick manner. She was incredibly attentive, which I greatly appreciated during the juncture in my life she was helping me through. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and highly recommend her work.

Ms. Rybar had my case and rolled over like a puppy dog when the other lawyer got tough with her. I lost over $40,000 because she would not fight back.

Ms. Rybar is a excellent attorney. She is very efficient, honest, and forth coming. She extremely talented in family law and her fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend her for service.

Overcharged me. The houerly rate was $300 per hour but I got charged for every 2 minute phone call. There were chrges to me to fix things that she had messed up and I brought to her attention. Do not use her. In the end I lost anyway!
