This firm is the rudest firm I have ever dealt with. Mr. Moore said he can't give my wife ADVICE. She has to make the decision on her own. Isn't the purpose of an attorney to represent us and give council. He pushed us to quickly take the settlement. Said if we didn't accept now, they may rescind their ridiculous low offer. He was very rude to me when I had questions on why he was over charging my wife. Florida statue states that a workers comp case standard fee is 20% that a lawyer can charge. He's charging her 33.33%!
His assistant was very rude multiple times. The attorney's assistant threatened to terminate the case because we had inquiries the additional fee's! WE had to print the paperwork ourselves, get notarized and mail it back. HUH? Isn't that why they get hired & paid? He was also rude to the our notary when she had questions. Don't let the pos. reviews overshadow the MULTIPLE negative ones. If you notice, all the negative Google reviews have sorta the same sentiment.

Mr. Moore is a hardworking, personable and overall great attorney. His office staff is very professional and are always eager to help when I need something. I'm very glad that I chose to use his services and highly recommend the law firm.
