Please research this lawyer before hiring. Nancy herself has a grasp on law and legal procures, but she allows most of the work to be done by a legal assistant. This is where the problem is. There are communication errors and this leads to mistakes which ultimately are the responsibility of the client. Every document drafted contained mistakes, many of which caused the documents to be rejected by the courts . As I found out, this can cost the client a significant amount money and have legal repercussions. Also, keep an eye on the billing statement. I found errors and when questioned, they became defensive and refused to acknowledge a mistake was made. overall, I did not find this law firm to be honest, professional, and have the clients best interest represented. So, would I recommend this lawyer? Yes, only to the party you are going up against.
