Did not show for my contempt charges or mediation. all done before judge released him. failed to file contempt charges. allowed opposing side to lie. failed to file trial management certificate and witness list in proper time then left me high and dry. see note on failing to appear. he had already planned not to go to court for me and during my contempt hearing was called by the judge where he stated he was at mediation. he will not aggressively persue anything but $$from his client
