He overcharged us also for real estate services where some charges were erroneous. He then backtracked when we said we would check on illegal charges and refunded over $600. We requested the estimate of charges on numerous requests and were always ignored until the last minute, where he wrote a lengthy justification at the beginning of the proposed bill and outwright lied about work and so called conversations, which had never occurred. He was justifying his bill so much that you could clearly see his guilt. I have never received such a bill in the past from any other lawyer. Very shady, untrustworthy and unprofessional indeed. His office had no filing cabinets and files lining the floors open to privacy issues. He has a multitude of disciplinary notations actively registered against him by Law Society of Upper Canada. He contravened the mandated rules for lawyers with us, in multiple instances and did not work ethically. Kindly beware and do not proceed to use this crook!!

When we told him that we wanted to change our lawyer, he began to harass us and bully us. He contravened the mandated rules for lawyers with us, in multiple instances.
