I met with Paul for help with a complicated tax issue. We discussed the facts of my case, the legal issues, and I walked away much more knowledgeable about my issue and how to solve it. He's not only a great tax lawyer but a CPA and his experience played a huge role in spotting the issues of my case. Paying him for advice was some of the best money I've ever spent. For simple contract to get signed, he took more than 3 weeks. Better to avoid. otherwise you will waste your time and money.

This attorney is more interested in figuring out ways to get more money for himself out of you or your deal than anything else. After much frustration, time wasted, and the impending failure of a short-sale deal due to his shenanigans, we were forced to fire him.
