Hired Mike for my personal injury case. It was extremely complicated as I had many complicating health issues. He was understanding and patient. We settled my case and I was very satisfied with the result. I have referred friends and family and they have all been pleased with his performance.

Hired him for my injury claim a few years ago. Really poor communication, never returned calls. I made appointments to meet with him, I'd show up, they would say "he is sick today bad back" and I always ended up meeting with his assistant instead. he wrote a settlement offer, he didn't know anything about my file. At one point he told me he messed my claim up but don't worry "I have insurance." I switched lawyers on his advice and the new lawyer said mantyka was out to lunch, he hadn't botched the claim at all. We went on to settle with the other driver's insurance without accessing his own. Maybe he has improved but back then he was pretty useless.
