The worst child advocate ever! I wouldn’t even call her that. She is extremely biased to the opposing party despite all the evidence against them. The opposing party has multiple endangering the welfare of a child charges and a very violent background but Vicki could care less. Vicki was also informed that the child she is supposed to be representing is being coached by said party and she is doing absolutely nothing about it. Vicki is only believing all the lies that said party is saying. Despite evidence proving otherwise. There is evidence proving that coaching of the child is taking place and they are refusing to see it! Vicki should not be allowed to play such a significant role in the family court system. She is completely incompetent and should be retired! It is obvious that she doesn’t do her job the way it should be done. She had been turned in for it before and I promise you that she will be again! I will make sure of it! Before she ruins another child’s life!!! Disgraceful!!!

Definitely the worst child advocate I've ever met. Confused in an understatement! Lies and forgets . She honestly needs to be retired and spend time with her cats. She is ruining children's lives. I cannot believe she is in trusted to make decisions regarding children. I wouldn't trust her with a plastic house plant. If you have the pleasure of having her appointed to your case don't bother showing up ! You lost already. Those poor kids . Retire your washed up. Do not trust her she is fake and biased incompetent! Sick I could never live with myself . Absolutely a disgrace to her profession!

Only giving her a 1 because there are no zeroes or negative numbers. Worst representive of the legal profession I have ever encountered. Does not remember details, confuses clients with other clients, unprepared for court everytime.... the list goes on!

my son had the misfortune of having atty. bachmann appointed law guardian in a family court custody issue. she regularly confused his case with others. refereed to professionals she had dealt with associated with the case as he and him when in fact it was a she. real sad that she is permitted to be appointed to play such a significant role in the life of a child and she is so incompetent. very very sad.

Gave bad advise only interested in the opposing clients and other attorney,showed up late to court,did a better job without her help!

Personified the word "practice" for lawyers. Just awful service, typical lawyer "I'm better than you" attitude. Which was funny because we did know what was going on and she didn't. Shouldn't take people's money and then try to figure out he paperwork.

Vicki was appointed to my sons. after my first conversation I was completely frustrated by her. She kept confusing my sons with another client of hers. Very unprofessional for a woman that has so many years of experience she really was disorganized. Currently petitioning the court to have her replaced. just hope her replacement is better organized and has the children's need at heart and not her billing hours.

Hired to complete an uncontested step parent adoption. Paid $2100 retainer, and a year went by with very little results. Billing issues, poor subject knowledge, poor communications. Above I rated her "tenacity" as good because after we fired her, we went before the NY Committee of Professional Standards and arbitration, in which she attempted to defend herself. She lost. Cried we "Impugned" her integrity.
