Mark was tentative at first but over time just kept pushing me off and became unresponsive. He took all my money up front with promises of finishing. Then for months I received zero response. He does not respond to my calls, emails or texts for 5 months. I’m continuing without him

There are no words to even describe how thankful I am to have met Mark. He is compassionate, attentive and extremely smart. I've been fighting a custody battle for 5 years and had 2 attorneys that dragged out the case, sucked a ton of money from me and didn't get me anywhere. Mark came to ONE hearing, learned my whole case in a short amount of time and won my case! This was the first time I actually felt confident in being represented and not having all my money go to waste. I've carried over 5 years of extreme stress and PTSD and Mark lifted the majority of that away. My court hearing was one of the best days of my life and I couldn't Thank Mark more for being there for me every step of the way. There is more that we have to do but I feel so strong and unafraid. Mark is so kind, supportive, and thorough. He is honestly the best attorney I've EVER had!!!

Mark Hover has been my Att since 2006. He has helped me through my divorce and custody battle and on many legal issues including Real Estate, Wills and financial settlements. Although he can procrastante he is at every court hearing he knows his stuff and does the research. His fees are very reasonable and works with his clients when cash is low. Legal issues are drawnout on but not do to Mark they just take forever and he is such a kind man and strong firm guide who kept me going when it seemed like it was hopeless. He got me much more than I ever expected he spoke with the otherside and had rational results that made both sides amicable. If you are looking for a highpowered ruthless attorney who will charge you insane fees and will scare the devil out of the otherside he is not the man. If you are looking for a patient smart lawyer who has good realtionships with the judges and other attorneys and DA's who will get results in your favor without crazy fees this is the guy.

Mark was hired for a criminal law case in 5/2011 regarding criminal fraud. I almost lost my house. He originally did not have previous knowledge regarding this type of case but I immediately knew he had my best interest at heart. Communication could have been better but overall completely satisfied with services and fees paid. I WOULD USE HIM AND REFER HIM FOR SURE. ;)

Mark was hired in January/February 2004 to represent a man who was given a 25-life sentence for a crime he didn't commit. There is a signed contract for $50,000 when he files a Writ. $15,000 is left to be paid. We get excuse after excuse why he doesn't get it filed. He has only visited the inmate 3-4 times since he was retained. In recent months, he doesn't return calls promptly and continually tells me the papers are ready and he will make an appointment with the inmate to go over everything. He never follows through on his promises and just says whatever he thinks we need to hear. He is definitely unreliable. When he was retained, he never mentioned that he was a family law attorney and took a criminal case when he really didn't know what he was doing. I think this is reprehensible and he should have referred us to a criminal attorney who knew what he was doing!
