He charged us tens of thousands of dollars to do absolutely nothing. He would not even return my 16 year old sons emails or phone calls after he promised he would. Then he managed to blame the parents because I child was writing him and the emails were "coached." He resolved nothing and put our children through a batter of tests that affected their grades and behavior. He thinks he is "tough guy" and that everyone who is not is not worth of his all knowing advice often telling parties to "man-up." Sure easy to day but when toy are hip deep in the middle of a divorce it is much easier said that done. Perhaps he should walk in someone else's shoes for a while to see just how damaging his incompetence really is on people.

Attorney Alioto is kind, understanding, and does what is best for his clients. He was the guardian ad litem for my children throughout a very ugly divorce case, and the whole time kept them forefront in his mind. My kids are so happy with the end result and my ex and I are too. He is not only an allstar lawyer, he is a role model for my children.

Unfortunately Mr Alioto was appointed my childrens GAL years ago. Since then he has been completely bias. He refuses to hear both sides and refused to look into abuse by my ex husband. After I filed a grievance against Mr Alioto he was out for blood and became even more against me. He has conspired with my ex husband and lied and left pertinant information out throughout my case. I absolutly cannot believe this man is allowed to act as a GAL. It is a very sad situation... The lives of my children and our future lies in the hands of a man with a vengence.
