This man dropped my sister in law while she was trying to see her daughters. He stated in the letter that he sent to her that she did not follow through with what he advised her to do. Which was completely false. I try to advise my in laws to go with another Attorney because I have never EVER heard anything good about this man. All I can say, is I wished they would have listed. TO ANYONE CONSIDERING OBTAINING MR. PROCTOR, Take my ADVICE and hire someone Else. There are plenty of Attorney's in Huntington who will help you, not drop you. Her case is simple and simply UNCALLED for and it would have been so simple for him but to me, he is worthless.

Does not follow through; He states he is going to do all these things and then does not. I did the leg work for my entire divorce and found that I could have hired someone for less money who would have done it all. I have been divorced for eight months and still do not have everything resolved. Yes, I have called repeatedly trying to get this chapter of my life closed and cannot. When you take a concern to him or his secretary, they will tell you let's handle that next time, but next time is next time, etc. I am tired and feel like I should obtain a law degree at this time. I learned so much doing my own legwork.
