If you are a man, avoid this firm. They are biased against men. Their files and folders are purple and pink. They drained me financially and very dishonest. All the lawyers who work their are dictated to and honed to milk people in difficult situation. I had an easy case and they were all incompetent. My ex’s lawyer was half the price and better!

This is one of the worst lawyer ever. She wants to see a copy of your bank account at your first appointment with her to see how much she can take money from you. Then she dumps you with a junior that doesn't do any work and stretches the legal bill as much as she can. Doesn't matter if your a single mom at home. She will leave you dry. Then her firm calls you saying that you still owe money to them which is not true and they will harrass you by calling you multiple times leaving threatening messages. These lawyers in this firm are the most dihonest I have ever met. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. THEY WILL EAT YOU UP AND SPIT YOU OUT IN A SECOND!

Stay as far away from this lawyer as you possibly can especially if you're case involves DV. She will pretend to help you then bully you and threaten you. She will help abuser destroy you so she can corner you to threaten you some more. Don't buy into her bull of her fake concern. That is only so she can drag you in. Once you are in very difficult to escape. All she cares about is making money

Goldwater is a very dishonest and mean person. No one should trust her with issues of concern. She has robbed many women who were vulnerable; took legal certificates and then, extorted hundreds of dollars under threat that she would drop their case. She exploits the hungry to stuff her gut. She's horrible!

Surprised by bad reviews. Anne is one of the toughest, brightest people I've met. She's warm, direct and fought for me like a lion, and has a colourful sense of humour. She's definitely expensive but you get what you pay for.

I was very hopeful when I went to see Me Goldwater. Unfortunately she is highly publicized, but all this is an overblown facade. Makes big promises, but she will not work your file. Many assistants doing the work for her - she is charging the outrageous fees like she is the one doing all the work. Did not even know my file when we went to court and made a very bad mess - almost unfixable. Not worth the hype and fees.

I agree with the other reviewers. Starts off as looking caring; turns out to drag out the case and charge outrageously. Did not negotiate on my behalf. A mean person. Stay far away.

She robbed me blind charging at least 5 times more than my divorce really cost. ANYONE should AVOID her at ANY cost! She never cared to fight for my rights, even the lawyer going against me told her, during an audience that what she was charging was outrageous! Unfortunately I was stuck for several reasons but if I can help ONE person to stay away from her office I find it to be my duty!

You will meet with Goldwater once, she will convince you anything is possible and then you will never speak to her again. Hiring her is like hiring a student with a babysitter. She is only interested in her bottom line. Her recommendations were first and foremost self serving and as such, her services are in no way worth the cost. Not only would I not recommend her to anyone, I would most certainly steer anyone I can away from her.
