I would highly recommend this lawyer for the following reasons:
· Mr. Areaza defended me in a case where I had originally hired another lawyer. The other lawyer made several bad decisions which put my case in jeopardy. This case with the other lawyer lasted over 4 years. Once I hired Mr. Areaza it was over in a few months.
· The previous lawyer was more interested in getting me to plea guilty for something I was not guilty of. I kept paying him because I thought he would still help me. Mr. Areaza understood that I was not guilty and used his knowledge to make sure the judge knew that.
· Spanish is also my first language, having Mr. Areaza speak Spanish and explain things to me during the case truly helped me understand what was happening and why things were happening.
· Mr. Areaza is a compassionate lawyer, something you never hear about for lawyers. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family. He will not let you down.

Charges against you and being served a lawsuit is a stressful situation. I was served a Civil Lawsuit of which was indeed stressful. I contacted several attorneys and they all hyped up my case which caused even more stress. These attorneys justified their exorbitant retainer fees by hyping up my case by making a mountain out of a mole hill. I was referred to Mr. Arreaza (Alex). My first consultation with Alex was reassuring. He read the complaint against me and assessed the case during my first consultation. He put my mind at ease and explained the process we needed to go through. BINGO 2 years later "CASE DISMISSED". He called it!!! Lawsuits can be lengthy and stressful. Trust the attorney you hire and move forward. MR Arreaza's comprehensive, candid and direct view of the law was a breath of fresh air. Be patient listen to Alex. I was initially charged for a horrible crime that I did not commit. I was falsely accused with no evidence other then this person lying about me and with that the system and this person turned my life inside out. I was very upset and confused and a bunch of other emotions that I had never experienced. After it settled in what I was facing I began looking for and attorney. I initially hired and individually that charged me a bunch of money and wanted me to accept a plea that would destroy the rest of my life. I learned a lot about our system and lawyers. I learned that many lawyers take your money play on your fears and want to do as little work as possible. I became very depressed that this lawyer I hired wanted me to plea to something I didn't do. He didn't care . I began looking for another lawyer this is when I found mr arreaza.he explained everything to me and understood what I was feeling we went to trial and won. Very good lawyer. A real estate broker-friend referred me to him. I hired Alex for a real estate issue. I understood that he did not have a magic wand to predict the outcome. I was satisfied with the results. He does work the case without guarantee. I have referred my friends to him and they have been grateful with the results. Honest, professional and fair price. If you pay the lawyer for sure he will take care of you. Obvious, he is a private attorney not a public defender.

Excellent lawyer.... I hired Alex several times to handle different cases in the past and also he took care one of my biggest ticket when I was involved in accident back in 2011. I hired Alex Arreaza 7 months ago to represent my fiancee and still to this day we are clueless as to what is going to happen with this case. In 7 months he's come to the jail to visit twice and I have to constantly call his office to follow up on a motion that we requested to have him file. It took 4 months for him to finally file the motion and lied to us on several occassions that he did file it. He never return phone calls and for all we know he probably hasn't taken a single deposition. When we ask if he's tried to negociate a plea with the State the question is never answered. We do however receive letters requesting payment. He seems to be all about money and could care less of the outcome of a person case. A recent status hearing had to be reset three times because Alex never bothered showing up for court. Let's hope he decides to show up this time. I made the worst decision by hiring this so called attorney to represent my fiancee. How is it that he's still in business?

This has to be the worst lawyer I've had the opportunity to come across. I hired Alex Arreaza to handle a case of mine about a year ago; when he received payment this attorney was no where to be found. He never returned phone calls, never discussed status of my case and left me to represent myself in court. It's very scary that are people who practice law in this manor. I would NOT recommend Alex Arreaza to anyone!
