Stephen Brodsky scared me when I was charged with a Domestic Violence charge. I am in the military and can not afford to have a blemished record. I paid $10,000.00 and found out that the District Attorney had rejected to file charges on my case, before Stephen Brodsky even picked up the phone. I asked for a refund since literally no work was don't and the case was dropped. Stephen Brodsky refused to give me a find back and stated I signed a "true retainer" agreement and that I was SOL! DO NOT HIR STEPHEN BRODSKY HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO REACH HIM! BEWARE!

My family and contacted this law firm when my older son was wrongfully accused of****charges. We met with him and signed our contract the very same day! Mr. Brodsky made sure to answer all of our questions as accurately as possible, and even gave us his cell phone numbers to call him with any future questions and concerns! I don’t know of ANY lawyer that does that. Mr. Brodsky is a true professional and deserves to be recognized for his good work!
