This lawyer chose how to help his client based on his mood. He could help his client with reasonable attitude and effort as a legal aid lawyer when he was in good mood. If he was not in good mood, he could say whatever he wanted in the court despite the clear facts. He could change his position without a good reason or facts, but used very wrong points to hurt the file of his client in youth court(He could also avoid mentioning the key points which were very important to his client). Only he knew why he could change his position in this strange way in youth court. I witnessed the performance of this lawyer for 13 times in youth court in last 3 years.

This lawyer had an extreme amount of tenacity AGAINST ME! He had no desire to explain anything of the legal matter to me, had NO understanding of the issues, was bullying and intimidating to me as a crime survivor who's been trying to protect their children-the inocent victims witnessing violence. To my great priveledge, a dear and wonderful male support came to my defense and mimicked his legal, yet intimidating behavior, which caused Me Lenis to refuse to help me. While I understand the frustration with little pay from the legal aid system, and the extensive amount of work entailed in a less than 'probative' case, however this does NOT justify re-victimizing victims!
