My opinion? Attorney Ken Harmell is worthless and incompetent. He doesn't return phone calls. He forces you to take a plea deal against your wishes so he can avoid a trial. He withholds information from you. With the exception of a few minutes prior to your court appearance, he hardly communicates with you. If you complain, he threatens you. Do not hire this man, and if he's appointed to you as a public defender, request another attorney. You'd do better representing yourself.
