I had used him for Civil matter which was prolonged by the opponent and then my successful Appeal. We trusted each other and the result was great. I will recommend his service to anyone.

Most unprofessional liar rip off will take your money and that's the end of the story will screw you up badly will give you instructions like no tomorrow and than you will be so screwed will not carry through with you! DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Screwed up everything, blamed it not having enough time to do it. Poor excuse! Left us open to liability and explained nothing. Talking to him on the phone was completly different than his emails. That is what send alarm bells ringing for me. We were also quoted less by phone and then charged almost double and since I didn't get it in writing I can't prove it. I can see I wasn't the only one based on above reviews. Do not trust him!!!

This lawyer or shall I say "Liar" did a closing for me and charged us about $1500 more than what he told us initially. Our story is similiar to other people here who got their closing from this guy. Never spoke to us face to face ever, charged us more and if you ask for an explanation, he threatened us to put extra charges. He asked me to sign over things which were not right and told us that he is going to correct it later. Any sensible person would refuse to sign something which is not right, but he being a "LAWYER" didnt understand it. Totally a crook here and would never recommend anyone to go for his services, if you do, before you go with him, make sure you ask him to send you an email telling you all the costs that are associated with his services.

I have been trying to file a case with Mr. Majid, he does not respond to any emails or phone calls at all. I've been working with him for several months to get my case going almost a year. however he does not seem to care at all, I would not reccomend this lawyer, as he simply doesnt care about you, Worst lawyer ever.

We just closed our house purchase and are very happy we chose this firm. He and his staff are very easy to deal with and made our first experience a good one. Highly recommend.

Fernand Majid quoted us a price and charged over 1500 extra on top of the amount that was quoted. Very unethical and poor Lawyer ... Not recommended at all.

Mr. Majid just closed our purchase of a gas station. His office communicated with us throughout and did a great job. We are buying a house soon as well and Mr. Majid will be my lawyer again.

Just received the keys to my house. Great staff and excellent communication. I appreciated their extra effort in seeing me on the weekend and getting things done in advance. I have referred my friend and will use them again myself.

I just won an immigration appeal and am so happy. After 4 long years, my parents application was finally approved. I had another lawyer who wasn't able to help me at all, it turns out he was a consultant. Mr. Majid was recommended to me by a work colleague and I am so glad that I went with him. He really knows what he is doing and he helped me to end a long nightmare. I will use him for everything from now on.

Very sharp. Just closed our new home purchase and he saved us a ton of money that the builder wanted to charge. He had reviewed our agreement last year and put a cap on builder charges. Recommend.

Mr. Majid is terrible. He quoted me a price for my sale/purchase and then it ended up being $1,400 extra and his comment was that he told me up front which is an outright lie (maybe that's why he quoted over the phone and never sent an email confimation). I have bought and sold 3 other homes and all other lawyers were about $1,000 to $1,500 less and they had to do the same amount of work. I also asked the office a question about a month ago and I have yet to hear back. I guess after they rip you off they don't care anymore. Mr. Majid is the reason people hate lawyers.

I had lost Mr. Majid's number and just did a search to find him. He represented me a few years ago and I need a lawyer for another matter. I happened up on this site and am very surprised to see the negative reviews. He is going to represent me again. Needless to say, I think he is a fantastic lawyer and a good person as well.

He is awful layer I have ever seen, He did closing of my house and left many problems for me to solve. first of all he doesn't understand what's the difference between Mortgage and home line of credit. he withdraw money from my home line of credit instead of Mortgage account that's why I had to clear up his mistake in my bank.He forgot to give me all document such as house blue print and after searching a lot we find out he left somewhere in his office.Water heater in my house is rental unit, he supposed to transfer contract from previous owner to my name but he didn't do anything for that. By the way all the jobs in his office are running by his secretaries not him. I couldn't see him one time to talk face to face he prefers to communicate by cell phone and email. The only reason I chose this lawyer because my agent recommended him to me and the agent is regret now.

I went through 4 lawyers before finding Mr. Majid. he is an excellent litigator and took charge of my trial so that we won and receieved costs. He is quite busy, though, and doesn't respond as quickly as a nervous client would like, but overall, I find he is honest, hardworking and has a very good knowledge of the law.

This lawyer is a crook. He states that he is in the business to help people, but the he uses the system to his advantage to prey on the volnerable. STAY AWAY from this MISSISSAUGA based lawyer. FERNAND A . MAJID IS A THEIF
