I was EMBARASSED to have him represent me in Court. He cannot write two sentences. He does not know the law or was interested in the facts in my case. He did not submit the discovery he was supposed to. I would not hire him, He costed me a fortune in money, time and aggravation. Go elsewhere.

SHOULD NOT BE A LAWYER- AT LEAST NOT A MATRIMONIAL LAWYER. HE MADE MY LIFE A TRAIN WRECK.I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIM IF YOU WANT ANY QUALITY OF LIFE AFTER YOUR DIVORCE.

Adam does not know the law or how to write legal papers. He inherited his job from his father. He's a total dummy and I would advise anyone to stay far away from him.

Adam is a stupid man, who cannot write papers. The judges laugh at him, he's sloppy and dumb. He's a tota wreck, and an utter fool who inherited his daddy's business. avoid him.

My divorce process and experience with Adam was very professional and Adam helped me understand the laws under NY State to ensure I am properly prepared and understand my rights during and after my divorce became final. I also witnessed that Adam is very well respected in the court system as well as his colleagues with other law firms. It is also the responsibility of the client to make his/her attorney fully aware of all the issues and keep proper files of their personal life both current and past. This helps ensure the attorney is completely aware of your financial and personal issues which helps make all parties understand what we have to deal with during the divorce. We all fail to remember that counsel is dealing with many clients day in and day out so it is our job to make sure we help them stay on top of all issues raised in the past and ask all the questions we need to help us understand the process better. I highly recommend Adam and his firm!

Adam save me. I had an incredibly difficult case. I retained him after my previous attorney asked to be relieved from the case. By the time it was complete, I had a decision that was way more favorable then a settlement I offered with my former attorney. There is no attorney in the area like Adam. He is thoughtful, compassionate and brilliant. His knowledge of the law, opposing counsel and the judges are second to none. Plus he has a tremendous sense of humor. I highly recommend Adam and his entire firm.

I am very grateful to adam and his associates especially cynthia. He knew exactly the path to take what to focus on and what not to waste my money on. He knows the law but most importantly the judges. Calmed me and my parents and was always honest and upfront regarding expectations and costs. He was like a rolls Royce going up against a Ford compared to the other lawyer. In short I was awarded Sole custody. I am a single father.Thank you adam! :)

My difficult divorce just settled with, what I think, is a fair and equitable outcome for everyone. None of this would have happened if Adam hadn't done such fantastic job dealing with my ex and her multiple lawyers. Adam was aggressive when necessary and conciliatory when I asked him to be. He, unlike other divorce lawyers, did not "drive" the case, he was very responsive to my requests as to how I wanted matters to be handled. Adam is equally competent in handling both the custody and financial portion of a contested divorce. He has an excellent relationship with other members of the Family Law Bar and uses such relationships to avoid unnecessary motion practice and the stress and expense of a trial. I am an attorney myself and know the difficulties of dealing with multiple clients. Adam and his wonderful staff (Cynthia!) were always responsive to my calls and emails. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone going through the nightmare of a contested divorce.

Unfortunately, I agree with the other reviews. He was an awful lawyer who put no thought into my divorce agreement. He told me I would get child support until my children were out of college (assuming no time off). But that is not the case. My son started school a year late due to his late birthday, like many boys, and thus he will be 23 when he graduates college. I will not get child support during his last year of college. This is one example, but many other mistakes have arisen.

Do not use this lawyer. He put in no time on my case and just agreed to everything. After the divorce, I found out so much that I was never told that could have been handled differently. For instance, the tax ramifications were never explained to me. Basic things, like inflation increases and health costs were left out of the agreement. I've discovered others who have used this lawyer as well since my divorce and my experience is not uncommon.
