Andrea was an amazing lawyer to have on our side to fight against the insurance companies who refused to offer anything decent. I ended up with a great settlement. Also her staff gave me a lot of support during a tough time.

She waited until my date to file by was almost up to give me a yay or nay on taking my case, leaving me no time to persue another lawyer or file any claim at all. She said she would reimburse me the costs of getting medical records for her, for the case, and because it was less costly for me to get them than her. It was $95 - she then offered me $30 for the records (less than half the cost) and when I gave her office the paperwork to show the costs that she said she would pay in the beginning, I never heard back from her. And never recieved any funds in remibursment for getting the med records for her, instead of her obtaining them and paying more. I wanted a lawyer because ive lost money and she proceeded to cost me more money and then told me to take my case id have to pay her $5000. Which is the amount i was persuing in claims - not impressed with the loss of money and her wasting my time leading up to the due date and left me unable to file a claim.... but what am i gonna do? sue?
