I much prefer to write glowing feedback but cannot, in good conscience, do that with Attorney Small. My requirement was handling a straight fwd divorce. Avoiding details; run, don't walk from this representation. I had to seek another attorney to clean up the mess.

AWFUL!!!! Too much double talk and VERY Expensive. No follow through because she is only in this for the money. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!

I hired this firm to write a simple QDRO. I paid them $2000. She put the wrong date of marriage in the document. The court rendered the document useless because it has the wrong dates. Despite all efforts thus far, she refuses to correct the dates in the document, and refuses to refund my money. DON'T hire this firm.
