Terrible experience with this lawyer. As a person of color that has dealt with him , he is very ignorant and he is blind to the struggles minorities face.he will laugh in your face. If you bring these struggles out. He withdrew from a very important family case of mine. When I needed a lawyer the most. He won't hesitate to leave you hangin without a lawyer. Don't depend on him for matters that involve your children. He will do the bare minimum

om start to finish all Mr.Penny seemed to know how to do is deliever messages back and forth . i felt i was doing all the leg work. at the beginning if i had a little more time to find a good lawyer i could of done more research on him. over all he shouldn't be your first choose as a lawyer do your research. first it will save you a big headache.

Did not prepare my case before court. He did everything last minute and was a terrible outcome. I don't understand how he can charge you money and not do the required work.

Mr Penny does not work for his clients, he does not offer advice, and instead prefers to act only as a go between. Unprepared for court. The only thing he effectively managed to do was charge me a substantial amount of money for passing messages along from the other party's legal aid lawyer.
